	I originally purchased a Black & Decker mini vac, but when I unpacked it I realised that it had no extra tools for crevices. I returned to the store the next day and the sales woman was very helpful in assisting me to purchase a mini vac that suited my needs. Thank you for my new mini vac, it's perfect! 6th Jan 2019

	When I walked in man sitting on couch approaches me. Told him what I was after (had seen on Internet). He walks off, says nothing. Comes back with another man. Explain to second man what I was after, he looks at me, and asks " are you sure? I'll have to check the computer" walks off spends 5 minutes on computer. Comes back mutters something to me and walks out back. Finally comes back with what I had asked for, hands it to me and walks to counter so I can pay. Insists on my email address so he can email my receipt, which is very odd, and now I get heaps of emails. Terrible terrible service! 28th Mar 2018
	Young guy who served me was NOT friendly at all. I had a vacuum cleaner, a steam mop and a hand-held vac and he didn't even bother to offer me a bag, or ask if I was ok to get it to the car. 27th Mar 2018
