Bought of the net.great.friend needed so we sold for same amount.we had phoned.a shop who told us to come in morning.Impression given they had one ,because they said they could not hold.Went down in morning ,they had a demonstration​.we said no ,then tried to sell us an expensive one.Then we found they didn't have one in stock anway.
We were conned.more to the story but will leave there.
If we buy again it would be only from the internet.

I did purchase deep cleaning shampoo on 15 of april and still waiting . rang 3x,they said not in stock .will deliver on the 5th of may , rang again will chase the order and will ring me back the following day but no one ring me or explain what happen , ring again the customer service was not friendly promise again will deliver next week , am still waiting !!!I will ring again and want my money back..too much **** not good service

I ordered an item on 15/04. It wasn't until I emailed Godfrey's 2 weeks later that I was told that the item is out of stock and the next shipment was due on 5/05. On the 10/05 I still hadn't been emailed about it being sent out, so I enquired again and was told that they'd send it out that day, and I should expect to get it soon, but I wasn't sent any shipping/tracking details. The customer service team seem to have poor communication and I don't plan on shopping at Godfrey's again. It's been 1 month since I ordered the item and I still haven't received it. If an item is advertised as "On sale", it should already be in stock, instead of making customers wait until it's finally in stock again. However, if an item is sold and it does happen to be out of stock, customers should be notified about the delay.

When I got to the store it was closed and the assistant was about to leave, he asked if I knew what I wanted and I said yes as I had just seen the advert on TV, he opened up for me and I purchased the item and he helped load it in the car. Fantastic service. He reclosed the shop 15 minutes after he was meant to leave.

Service does not exist.
I ordered and paid for item.
Six weeks later I have still Have not received it.
Three weeks ago I emailed wanting to know what was happening.
I received reply telling me item would be delivered 2 weeks ago.
Have not received item and no one has had the courtesy to let me know what is happening.
I am very dissatisfied.

This is the worst service I have ever had on line, I ordered my item on the 15/4/17 here it is 16/5/17 and still have not received my item.
After two weeks waiting for my order I contacted the customer service only too find out that they are out of stock and won`t have any until 4/5/17 (I was never contacted in any way to be informed of this), On the 10/5/17 I called again still no word on my item. I was finally contacted on the 12/5/17 to say my order is being shipped as we speak, as stated earlier here it is the 16/5/17 and still no item.

Made purchase online with click to collect. It was ready the next day. Went to pick it up. No hassles at all. It was there waiting for me. Got my receipt and was on my way within minutes.
